Attention All IHC PCPs:
IHC PCPs or their representatives may only assist clients to enroll or change their IHC PCPs on the IHC website, if the client is present (in person at the PCPs office) and requests assistance.
Online log-in and enrollment of a client that is on the phone, via an enrollment form, or without client knowledge and consent by an IHC PCP or their representative is strictly prohibited.
A client may also call the IHC Client Helpline to pick or change their IHC PCP using a phone in the IHC PCP's office.
Daily database maintenance is performed between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM CST. You may experience slower response times
